Amanda’s teachings are enriched by global experiences, including ceremonies with Mayan elders and deep immersion into shamanism. Her breathwork sessions help individuals release stored trauma and awaken their inner healing power.
Amanda is also an Adjunct Faculty member and mentor with Shamanic Reiki Worldwide.
